The ISCAS 2010 Organizing Committee invites proposals for tutorials to be held on the first day of the ISCAS 2010, which will take place in Paris, France on May 30th-June 2nd 2010.
We seek proposals for half-day and full-day tutorials that present current topics in circuits and systems related research and development. We are interested in tutorials on established or emerging research topics within the field itself, but we also welcome tutorials from related research fields or application areas. The ideal tutorial should attract a wide audience, be broad enough to provide a gentle introduction to the chosen research area, and should also cover the most important contributions in depth. Proposals that exclusively focus on the presenter’s own work or commercial presentations are not eligible.

We encourage submissions of tutorial proposals on the ISCAS topics including but not limited to:
  • Analog Signal Processing
  • Biomedical Circuits and Systems
  • Blind Signal Processing
  • Cellular Neural Networks and Array Computing
  • Circuits and Systems for Communications
  • Computer‐Aided Network Design
  • Digital Signal Processing
  • Life‐Science Systems and Applications
  • Multimedia Systems and Applications
  • Nanoelectronics and Gigascale Systems
  • Neural Systems and Applications
  • Nonlinear Circuits and Systems
  • Power Systems and Power Electronic Circuits
  • Sensory Systems
  • Visual Signal Processing and Communications
  • VLSI Systems and Applications
Proposals, prepared in a one‐column PDF file, should include the following information:
  • Title of the tutorial
  • Area of the tutorial (refer to the above list of topics)
  • 300 Word Abstract (for inclusion in registration materials)
  • Keywords
  • Format of tutorial (1/2 day or 1 day)
  • Instructor(s) and their credentials (2-page CV for each instructor)
  • Previous offerings of tutorials, if any
  • Learning objectives
  • Target audience and prerequisite knowledge of audience
  • Full description (1‐2 pages to be used for evaluation)
