Registration Procedure Print

IEEE No Show Policy

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

 
 
You may submit your registration on-line (recommended method) or by fax, before Monday, May 3, 2010. After this date, only on-site registration is possible. Registration by e-mail or phone will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to carefully read all the following information, first.

REGISTRATION METHODS

On-line Registration

Attention: Tested for IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. Will not work for Internet Explorer version earlier than 8. Please use another browser or check the version number before registering.  

On-line registration and payment is highly recommended. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). On-line registration is now closed.  Please come to the on-site registration desk starting Sunday, 30 May.


PAYMENT METHODS

All payments must be made in Euros. Registration fees can be remitted by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard are acceptable). Only credit card and cash payments will be accepted on site. No other type of payment will be accepted.

  • Pay on-line using your credit card. You will receive the official confirmation of registration via e-mail from the ISCAS 2010 registration desk.
  • Payment by any other means must be approved in advance by contacting the ISCAS 2010 Management Office at iscas-reg{at}amg-corp.com WITH carbon copy to secretariat{at}iscas2010.org or +1 219 871 0210.

Attention

Your confirmation email will serve as your receipt until you receive a hard copy at the conference registration desk.

  • Each attendee must register separately.
  • Early/author registration payments must be received by February 12, 2010, for the early registration fees to apply. If payment is not received by this deadline, you will be responsible for higher rates.
  • You must print the official confirmation of registration e-mail and bring it with you to the on-site registration desk!

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing, either by fax (+1 312 604 7376) or e-mail (iscas-reg{at}amg-corp.com WITH carbon copy to secretariat{at}iscas2010.org). The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

  • Before April 12, 2010: 100% refunded less 125€ administration fee.
  • No refunds after April 12, 2010.

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the end of the conference.
